WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING

Real feedback from active people who train, compete, and weren't willing to accept mediocre healthcare.

Ever since I stepped foot in the athlete house I have grown and gotten better ever single day. This has been some of the best months for me coming back from injury and would suggest the athlete house to anyone in need.

David is very a knowledgeable physical therapist. What stands out the most about David is his patience to explain and demonstrate the PT exercises, truly makes a person feel like the center of care. The facility is clean and welcoming. I feel much stronger with running and weight lifting after working with David for 5 sessions. Highly recommending The Athlete House!

Neck pain for years and have seen many PTs for it. He’s the first to deep dive into whats going on and explain, in detail, the route to fix it. Great 1on1 work rather than just telling you exercises to do and then moving on to the next patient. Very solid experience.
Alex Venables
I saw David over the course of 8-9 weeks for help with my shoulder and back and saw radical improvement in my pain, mobility and overall awareness of ways my body compensates with different exercises. He is so knowledgeable and focused on making sure I knew how to prevent injury in the future. I would recommend David to anyone who wants to MOVE and LIVE better!

David being an athlete himself knows how to get your body back on track. I was facing lower back pain an a knee meniscus partial tear . Every wk was a different plan of attack from correcting bad lifting habits to needle stimulation . After 6 wks of at home stretching an weekly visits to the Athlete House I’m better than ever .

Dr. Moll took excellent care of me! I gave her an impossible task, to get me ready to race a 1/2 marathon after an injury from a marathon just 2 weeks prior! She resolved my issue in 2 1/2 weeks with a condition that usually takes 10 to 12 weeks to resolve! I am also a Physical Therapist myself & would highly recommend her!

Best PT in town! Focuses on the entire body and how it affect the injured area rather than just focusing on the exact spot. Very very happy with the services provided and the follow up exercises. After my arm injury was on the mend, I had them look at my knee as it had been bugging me for years. It’s been 1 month now of no knee pain. This will be my first call when I need a PT in the future!
Drew Brashler
My experience with David and Athlete House was excellent. I was referred to them by a physician for an ongoing injury. Awesome experience and service, David is great! Super happy to work with a professional that tries to keep you training and moving, as opposed to just telling you to do less or stop all together.

They are the best physical therapists in the city. I had been dealing with multiple injuries for over a year and within a couple months they had me back in the gym. David was very receptive when I explained my injuries and how I was doing week to week and would adjust my plan based off my feedback. I would highly recommend Athlete House to anyone!

FAQs

Quick answers to help you decide if we're the right fit for your goals.

Do I have to stop working out during PT?

No. One of our core principles is helping you train through rehab, not around it. We'll modify what needs modifying and build a progression that keeps you moving while we address the root issue. Many people continue their regular training schedule with smart adjustments during treatment.

How much does it cost if you don't take insurance?

We're cash-pay, and we accept credit cards, HSA, and FSA. We also provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Pricing is discussed during your discovery call so there are no surprises.

How long does treatment usually take?

It depends on your injury, your goals, and how your body responds. Many people see progress within a few weeks, but we build plans based on what you need—not a one-size-fits-all timeline. We'll give you realistic expectations during your evaluation.

What makes you different from other PT clinics?

We offer true one-on-one care with a sports and performance mindset. Every session is just you and your PT, no techs, no assistant rotations, no five-minute check-ins. Plus, we're inside CrossFit 859 and work with active adults who actually train, so we understand the demands you're putting on your body.

Can you help with race prep or programming for events like Hyrox?

Yes. We offer programming support for runners training for marathons, athletes prepping for Hyrox or CrossFit competitions, and anyone working toward strength or performance goals. That's part of the "PT in your pocket" approach, we help you stay on track beyond the treatment table.

Still have questions?
